Once last summer and once this summer Ivan has rescued my family from the blistering summer heat. It's not often I would recommend a service, unfortunately, most don't work out. Our AC unit went out and we called Direct heating and air, Ivan came out that very same day and diagnosed the problem, he ordered the part and came back to install a couple days later when the part arrived. He even took the time to find out how long of a warranty we have on our AC unit. Our unit went out again a month later so we called Ivan back and he was at our house just hours later and found out that we had a blow fuse, he fixed it within minutes and our AC was back up and running. When your home is unbearably hot and you don't know what's going on with the AC it's good to know that there is someone reliable that you can call. We highly recommend direct heating and air.
